Processing Times:
I aim to process all my orders within 1-2 days unless it is a bespoke item.

Please note normal delivery times are as follows:

Within UK: 3 working days after date of dispatch

Europe: 7 working days after date of dispatch

International: 10 working days after date of dispatch (not including customs delays)

Claims will not be accepted until a further 15 working days after the expected date of delivery to allow for a grace period in case there are delays with postage.

If you mark your order as a gift and provide a message, your message will be printed on regular paper and added to your order at no extra cost.

If you would like to add a card from our shop, please purchase a card from our shop with your order and provide a gift message; we will handwrite your message in the card for you at no extra cost.
